Working as Principal Contractor across a range of projects, our team includes multi-disciplinary managers with excellent knowledge and experience in delivering multiple trade contracts. With a varied, first class supply chain providing crafts skills we can provide a comprehensive, co-ordinated scheme. In addition to our core works, we regularly provide and manage trade packages including:

We operate fully ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 accredited Management System covering our quality & OH&S arrangements and procedures as well as an Environmental Management system, providing peace of mind to our Principal Contracting clients that our processes are established, audited and above all effective in managing their complete project. Our portfolio includes but is not limited to heritage, commercial, education & residential sector projects.

Our successfully delivered Principal Contracting schemes include Cowley Street, No.1 Derry Street, No.9 Carmelite Street & Harrods amongst many others.
