Pall Mall

Restore London carried out the classic new build Portland stone Masonry to the front and rear elevations of this development to create four luxury residential apartments with retail units on the ground and lower floors.

Located on the northern side of Pall Mall within the exclusive enclave of St James’s, the development faces directly onto Pall Mall and is bound on both sides by commercial properties. Restore London took meticulous details of the existing by way of drawings, sketches, moulds and squeezes to ensure that the replication was exact.

The free standing new build façade and restoration retains the period ambience beautifully to all units.

Planning was granted for the conversion in 2011. The apartments and commercial space were finished in 2015.
