The service we offer starts from the very outset of the project process. We can provide assistance with planning and listed building consent, space auditing and general concept advice. Technically, we offer a variety of surveys and cost planning options to suit all requirements and budgets. From initial binocular surveys thorough to itemised and prioritised defects schedules, condition schedules with annotated elevational drawings and photographs, to abseiling, drones and BIM modelling.
Our early involvement at the inception stage results in significantly greater clarity amongst all stakeholders of the overall project intent and impact through our ability to provide strategic & costed options available to the client. In short our early planning and advice input provides a fully considered project scope from the outset.
Our experienced team are available to discuss the most suitable options and provide expert advice and technical guidance.
Our experienced façade cleaning team will initially carry out controlled cleaning samples to find the most responsive method of cleaning the fabric of the building (this may be a combination of methods and mediums) but will always commence with the least intrusive method. We can provide cleaning trials free of charge.
Whilst a reasonably accurate survey can be undertaken before cleaning it is clearly more accurate to ascertain defects once the cleaning is complete. Where repairs are required these are undertaken by our skilled masons and restorers who sympathetically blend in matching materials and products, always ensuring the repair has the same performance and weathering characteristics as the original fabric.
Restore London’s experienced team have an enviable portfolio of successfully completed refurbishments, conversions and alteration projects. Where the listed status requires, we retain and restore original features, reconfiguring elements to seamlessly match new with old.
Our delivery team is made up of our craft specialists and dedicated, approved supply chain. With a varied, first class supply chain providing craft skills (such as scaffolding / access options, roofing, leadwork, metal work, decoration and joinery) we can offer a comprehensive, co-ordinated scheme.
Our enviable track record in operating as a traditional construction, refurbishment & conservation contractor, is particularly popular with our clients who require a combination of specialist façade works & other traditional repairs as this option maximises efficiency, programme and budgets thus benefiting our clients and all building stakeholders.
We operate fully ISO 9001:2015 accredited management systems as well as a Safety & Environmental Management system aligned to HSG 65, providing peace of mind to our Principal Contracting clients that our systems are established and effective in managing the complete project. Our portfolio includes but is not limited to, heritage, commercial, education & residential sector projects.
