Scope of work

After offering a number of alternatives and carrying out an extensive value engineering exercise, we erected access scaffolding and undertook comprehensive façade cleaning to the brick and stone work.

After surveying the façades, we produced a fully priced and prioritised bill for the apparent works including brick indenting, brickwork repointing, stone repairs, stucco render repairs, roof and weathering detail repairs and all external decorations to our Client’s satisfaction.
