of all elements of this change of use property from this Grade II listed office to a 7
bed high end residential property including:

  • New Roof and roof terrace
  • Cleaning and restoration of external stone and brickwork
  • All new services, electrical, lighting and AV.
  • French polishing of existing woodwork
  • All internal finishes timber, marble, stone and decorations.
  • Repair and restoration of all listed internal finishes.
  • Construction of new basement swimming pool
