Main Contractors

We work as a specialist with many Tier 1 & Tier 2 Contractors, and pride ourselves on being elevated to lead sub-contractor status. Our team excel at comfortably integrating into the delivery team and often form part of the daily onsite presence. We are proficient in all aspects of compliance in terms of health, safety & environmental management, design integration, quality control and on-site procedures.

We offer specialist support during the estimating stage with technical and budgetary help through the bid. Where surveys, reports or specifications are required these can be provided and we have ably assisted our Main Contract clients in the successful conversion of several high profile projects including the Nomad Hotel for Beck, The Institute of Directors for Curo Construction, Waltham Forest Town Hall for ISG, Findlater’s Corner for ITC, The National Portrait Gallery for Gilbert Ash and many more.

Consultants

For consultants such as building surveyors, structural engineers and quantity surveyors we are able to provide technical advice, practical support and cost effective solutions for building restoration, stonework cleaning and façade retention projects.

We realise the  need for cost certainty and can provide comprehensive budgets. Our service also includes site investigations and advice on contract durations and any potential co-ordination issues. Restore London are able to provide technical advice on a range of building fabric repair and restoration issues as well as carry out any required works. Restore London have delivered numerous successful projects for museums, galleries and government buildings alike including Waltham Forest Town Hall, The National Portrait Gallery, British Museum, Old Woolwich Town Hall & The University of London.
